Ted has called Charlotte home for nearly 40 years, working in industrial metrology engineering and small business. He has a lifelong curiosity for how things work and how processes and systems interact to make quality products.

Specializing in Zeiss Coordinate Metrology, Ted has an in-depth knowledge of Zeiss Software including Calypso, Gear Pro, Blade Pro, and Gear Pro Rotor, as well as all Calypso advance options such as Curve, Freeform Surface, Pi Web, and Parametric Programming.

He has experience with all the standard Zeiss CMM platforms and sensors.

From flexible fixturing to engineering design feedback to results process integration, this end-to-end approach offers comprehensive solutions to complex issues.

He has a lengthy record of satisfied clients, from local fab shops to global manufacturers and maintains the highest professional standards while creatively helping to solve the most stubborn inspection demands.
